Which Game Engine to use

Hi,

I am planning on making a multiplayer platformer, much like the Mario Royale game that was such a hype a few months ago (gameplay wise) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgmNQ5zPuSQ. It will be for mobile and I want to be able to add juicy animations, particles and art to the game in a way that is not too time consuming. What is the best game editor/engine for HTML5 to do so?
